Shipping Policy
Last updated: November 10, 2023
It is your responsibility to check this “Shipping Policy” page each time you order our products to ensure you are up to date with any changes or amendments.
Order Processing and Delivery
Shipping rates are determined by the carrier and calculated at checkout. All delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and not a guarantee of delivery date.
Free shipping is offered on all orders over $75. If you would like expedited shipping, you can choose that option at checkout. Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 2-3 business days to process and ship. Delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note, all delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and Out of Office cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. We only ship to addresses located within The United States of America at this time.
Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm CST.
Orders placed Monday through Friday after 5:00pm CST will be shipped the following business day.
Shipments may be sent using DHL, USPS or UPS. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouses and fulfillment centers.
If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately at info@tryoutofoffice.com. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us.
You agree that we may charge you any sales or nexus taxes collected in your jurisdiction as applicable when ordering any of our products.
When tracking your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number. If you did not receive it, please email us at and we will provide you with your tracking number. If you have questions about your order or shipping, please email us at info@tryoutofoffice.com.
Re-Ordering Guidelines
We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their product is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensure you will not run out of product.
